Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information CleanE Dumpster (“we,” “us”), 723 N. James Rd, Columbus, OH 43219, collects through cleanedumpster.com (the “Site”) and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information you give us

When you request a dumpster on the Site, we collect the information you enter in the form: dumpster size, type of debris (and a description if you choose “Other”), delivery address, delivery and pickup dates, your first and last name, email address, phone number, placement notes, and your agreement to our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy (including which versions of them the form showed you). When you call, text or email us, we receive the information you share with us, such as your phone number and messages.

We do not collect payment card information on the Site. Payments are arranged separately, as described in our Terms of Service.

2. Information collected automatically

  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the Site: pages viewed, how you arrived (for example, from Google search), device and browser type, approximate location (city), and actions such as choosing a dumpster size, clicking our phone number or email address, and submitting a request. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_[ID] that last up to 2 years. We do not send your name, email, phone or address to Google Analytics. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
  • Google reCAPTCHA. The request form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us block spam and abuse. When you use the form, reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you interact with the page and sends it to Google. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, to operate and secure the Site.
  • With your request. When you submit a request, we record your IP address and browser type together with the record of your agreement (see section 8).

Our own code does not set cookies. It stores information in your browser only if you arrive from one of our Google ads: the ad click identifier and the time of the click are kept in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days, so that a request you send later can be linked to that ad (see section 6). To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see Google’s explanation. Advertising cookies are described in section 6.

3. How we use information

  • to respond to your request, confirm details, schedule delivery and pickup, and place the dumpster where you asked;
  • to send quotes, invoices and messages about your order, and to follow up after your rental;
  • to provide customer service and keep records of our work;
  • to understand and improve the Site and our service;
  • to prevent spam, fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising by others.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for that purpose:

  • Google — business email (Google Workspace), where your request is delivered to our team; Google Analytics; Google reCAPTCHA;
  • Telegram — a private chat our team uses to receive new requests immediately;
  • Vercel — the company that hosts the Site;
  • Google Drive (our company account) — where the record of your agreement is kept;
  • Google Ads — to measure the results of our ads (see section 6);

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

5. Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. Our Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, as there is no common standard for them. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising: Google’s advertising cookies are not used for your visits, the Site does not keep the ad click identifier, and your hashed email address and phone number are not sent to Google. Google Analytics continues to work.

You can stop text messages by replying STOP, and ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us (see below). We may keep information we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Advertising (Google Ads)

We may advertise on Google and measure how our ads perform using Google Ads.

  • Conversion measurement. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google Ads sets cookies (such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw) and records the ad click identifier, so that we can see whether the visit led to a request or a phone call. The ad click identifier is also sent with your request, so that our team can see which requests came from our ads.
  • Order results. To learn which ads lead to actual rentals, we may tell Google Ads which requests became orders. For this we send the ad click identifier, the time of the click and of the order and, with enhanced conversions, your hashed email address and phone number — not your name, address or other details.
  • Calls from ads. If you call us using a number shown in an ad, Google may provide us with call details such as the time, duration and area code of the call.
  • Enhanced conversions. When you submit a request, your email address and phone number are hashed (converted into a one-way code) in your browser and sent to Google to match the request with an ad you saw. Google uses this only to measure our ads and does not receive the original email address or phone number.

We do not use remarketing: we do not show our ads to people based on their past visits to our Site. You can manage the ads Google shows you at Google My Ad Center. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Global Privacy Control (see section 5). To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see Google’s explanation.

7. Google Maps content

The Site shows reviews and ratings from our Google Maps business profile and links to Google Maps. When you follow these links, you are on Google’s site, and Google’s Privacy Policy applies.

8. Record of your agreement

When you submit a request, we keep a record of your agreement to our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy: the date and time, the details you submitted, the exact wording of the checkbox, the exact text of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in effect at that moment, your IP address and your browser type. The record is created automatically as a PDF document and stored in a shared folder in our company Google Drive, accessible only to our team, for up to 3 years. We use it only to show which terms applied to your order, for example if a question or dispute arises. A copy of the main details is also kept in the email we receive about your request.

9. How long we keep information

We keep request and order information, including the record of your agreement, for up to 3 years after your rental, for records, accounting and to resolve any questions, and then delete it. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Server logs are kept for a short time by our hosting provider. If you arrive from one of our ads, the ad click identifier stays in your browser for up to 90 days; you can delete it at any time by clearing this Site’s data in your browser.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed. If we start using information in a new way — for example, to show our ads to past visitors of the Site — we will update this policy first.
