The customer is responsible for calling ahead to arrange a day for pick-up. 24 hrs notice is preferable. The dumpster will get picked up on the scheduled day during CleanE Dumpster business hours. If, for any reason, we are unable to pick up the dumpster on the scheduled day; you will get notified.
We do our best to accommodate same-day delivery requests. It is only sometimes possible, but generally, to increase your chances of same-day service, you should plan to order before noon. After that, you should expect your delivery the following business day. To ensure delivery, we suggest calling one day in advance.
If our driver arrives on the scheduled delivery or pick-up date and you don’t want the dumpster dropped off or removed, an additional dry run fee of $50.00 will get added to your order for the trip charge. To avoid this, please call us as soon as you know you need to change your drop off or pick up date. If we attempt to deliver you a dumpster and you don’t want the size you ordered, a dry run fee of $50.00 will apply as well.
You may fill the dumpster full, but the material must not exceed the top edge of the dumpster. We must tarp each load for transport by law, so all materials must fit INSIDE your dumpster. The customer must remove excess debris before the container can get removed from the site. Customers will be charged for a dry run to make a second trip to collect an uncollectible dumpster.
